Owner & operator

Nicole G.

Since starting my fitness career, my vision has been to build a one-stop shop focused on compassion and integrity. My passion is to bring fitness to all bodies in a fun, safe, informative and professional manner. We meet you where you are and encourage you to move forward with intention and tenacity. Strength training is my jam, but I also understand the importance of cardio and relaxation techniques for building resilience as a whole.

Nothing at EWB is based on trends or fads. We use science-based research and real-life experience. Nicole's competition history includes novice bodybuilding 1997–99, the first Tri-Fitness competition in Tampa, FL in 1999, and novice figure 2003–05.

I've spent more than 30 years helping people improve their strength, mobility and overall quality of life through fitness. Much of my work has been with beginners and seniors — often people who are simply looking for a safe, realistic way to get started or return to exercise.

Starting a fitness routine later in life can feel intimidating, especially when dealing with arthritis, joint replacements or injuries, spinal complications, osteoporosis or muscle loss. My approach is to meet you where you are and build from there, using movement patterns and exercises that fit your individual body and goals.

I'm passionate about helping people build stronger, healthier bodies and develop sustainable habits that support a healthier lifestyle. My approach goes beyond simply improving physical fitness — I focus on creating a consistent weekly routine that helps you feel and perform better in everyday life.

My training philosophy centers on functional movement patterns that translate directly to daily life. Together we'll build a personalized game plan for strength, conditioning, mobility and the physical demands of life. Most importantly, training should be fun, rewarding and sustainable.

Paul Flanigan

I started my fitness journey while in college, aiming to stay active and focus on exercise form. I enjoyed finding like-minded people who valued pushing themselves, and I was becoming both mentally and physically stronger.

My programs aim to maximize mobility and balance, incorporate functional and fun techniques, and reduce the risk of injury. I want clients to feel comfortable and accomplished in the gym, and to practice healthy habits beyond the studio.

I'm a high-energy, supportive fitness coach focused on helping people move better and feel stronger. I specialize in corrective exercise and take a practical approach that prioritizes good movement, injury prevention and steady progress.

I grew up playing competitive soccer, which shaped how I think about training: build strength, coordination and consistency over time. I enjoy working with all levels — whether you're just getting started, coming back from an injury or looking to push further.
