Tool 01 · Five questions
Find your format.
Tell us how you like to train, what you are managing and what a good week looks like. The finder recommends one real service — then you can book or call.

How it decides
Priorities, not personality tests.
The finder is deliberately simple. It puts safety and recovery first, then the kind of coaching you asked for, then the goal you named. There is no clever score and no hidden recommendation.
- First
- An active injury moves the result to Injury Recovery & Prevention, because working around pain changes everything else.
- Second
- A body-composition goal points to Nutrition Counseling, where habits and body composition analysis are the actual work.
- Third
- A preference for one-to-one coaching, small groups, quiet movement or running decides the format from there.
- Not a diagnosis
- This is a starting point, not medical advice. If something hurts, call (619) 884-4937 before booking so the studio can tell you whether coaching is the right next step.
Book a session
A recommendation is not a commitment.
Book a session when you are ready, or call and ask what the first visit actually looks like.
